Rules for the use of TeeBox Indoor Golf

(User = the person who books simulator time at our centre)

By registering as a user and using the centre, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

1. Personal access

Access to the centre is personal and cannot be transferred to others.

The user must use their own registered account and identify themselves through the app when entering.

Lending, reselling or sharing access is not permitted.

Breach of this section may result in immediate exclusion.

You must be 15 years or older to register an account and book time. If you are under 18, you cannot enter into a membership with recurring payment without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are under 15, you are welcome as a guest accompanied by a registered user, who is then responsible for you under section 2.

2. Responsibility for guests

The user is responsible for any guests brought into the centre.

The user shall ensure that all guests follow the applicable rules of the centre.

The user is liable for any damage caused, whether by themselves or their guests, to equipment or anything else in the centre.

3. Safe use of the simulators

The simulators shall be used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and the centre's instructions.

Before any shot is taken, it must always be verified that no one is within an unsafe distance of the ball and the club.

Only golf equipment intended for indoor use may be used. Clean clubs and balls before use.

Persons who are intoxicated or under the influence are not permitted in the centre.

4. Order and cleanliness

The premises shall be left tidy.

Waste shall be placed in the bins provided.

The centre's equipment shall be returned to its designated place after use.

Any spillage or accident shall be cleaned up immediately, and reported to the centre manager if it requires immediate attention.

5. Damage and liability

The user is liable for damage arising from careless or improper use, including damage caused by guests brought into the centre.

Damage to simulators, screens, fixtures, the building or other equipment shall be reported to the centre manager immediately.

Theft and vandalism will be reported to the police.

The centre reserves the right to claim compensation for documented damage.

6. Booking and session time

Access is granted only within the booked time slot.

The premises shall be vacated no later than ten minutes after the booking period ends.

Repeated breaches may result in a fee or restricted access.

Use beyond the booked period must be agreed with the centre manager.

7. Video surveillance

The centre is under video surveillance for reasons of safety, prevention of vandalism and documentation of incidents.

8. Alcohol and intoxicants

The centre is not a licensed venue. Any consumption of alcohol is at your own risk and must at all times comply with the applicable rules of the centre.

It is strictly prohibited for minors to consume alcohol at the centre. Breach of this provision may result in immediate removal and exclusion.

The use, storage or supply of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

For safety reasons, persons who appear intoxicated or under the influence to a degree that may pose a danger to people, equipment or premises may be removed from the centre or excluded from it.

The user is responsible for ensuring that all guests in their group comply with the provisions on alcohol and intoxicants.

9. Limitation of liability

Use of the facility is at your own risk.

The centre is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

The centre is not liable for personal injury resulting from use contrary to these terms, or from irresponsible conduct.

10. Breach of terms

Breach of these terms may result in a warning, temporary suspension or permanent exclusion.

In the event of serious or repeated breaches, access may be denied without refund.

Unlawful acts may be reported to the police.

11. Acceptance

By registering and using the centre, the user confirms that these terms have been read and accepted.

The user is financially and practically responsible for all activity, for themselves and their guests, from arrival at the centre until departure.
